About the company
A specification is a promise. We only make the ones we can keep.
We are registered and based in Bali, in the middle of the world's largest archipelago — between supply out of China, India, the Gulf, Australia and the rest of ASEAN, and demand on Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and beyond. That vantage point matters for a practical reason: for nearly every product we carry we can call on more than one approved origin, so a plant shutdown or a mill delay does not become the buyer's problem.
The work itself is plain, and it is all of the job. Vet the producer. Put the grade, the test method and the tolerance in writing. Appoint an independent surveyor at the load port. Prepare exactly the documents the letter of credit asks for. Arrange stowage and marking to suit the port at the other end — including the draught and handling limits of smaller Indonesian harbours.
When an enquiry falls outside what we can source properly, we tell the buyer straight away. Turning down an order is far cheaper than a cargo rejected on arrival.

How an order runs
From first enquiry to a discharged cargo, in four steps.
Nothing here is unusual. Doing every step, in sequence, on every shipment is what makes a supplier rather than a middleman passing on an offer.
01
Sourcing
Producers and licensed distributors are qualified against the grade the buyer has specified — never the closest grade that happens to be on offer — and every line we carry is backed by at least two approved origins.
02
Verification
Quality is settled on paper before it is settled in the hold. Sampling plan, analysis method and the independent surveyor are agreed when the order is placed, not when the vessel is alongside.
03
Documentation
Certificates of origin and analysis, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, mill test certificates, safety data sheets and dangerous-goods declarations — prepared to match the letter of credit word for word.
04
Delivery
Bulk, breakbulk and container movements booked to a fixed laycan or delivery window, with stowage, marking and paperwork prepared for the import rules of the discharge port — from Tanjung Priok to Chittagong.

Quality & compliance
Inspection is a contract clause, not a courtesy.
How the cargo is sampled, who analyses it, which surveyor is appointed and when quality becomes final are all agreed with the order. Counterparties are screened before we quote, and dangerous goods are declared and packed to the IMDG Code. Where Indonesian rules require SNI marking or quarantine clearance, that is planned for before the goods leave origin.

Where we deliver
Indonesia first, then the rest of the region
We cover the trade lanes where we hold both origins and destination know-how — starting at home and reaching out across Asia and the Pacific.
01 · Home market
Indonesia
Our home market. Inter-island supply to plantations on Sumatra and Kalimantan, mining operators in Kalimantan and Sulawesi, and processors and builders on Java — where port draught, local import licensing and SNI marking decide what can actually be delivered.
- Chemical fertilizers
- Spare parts
- Steel products
- Soil reclamation
Southeast Asia
02Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Singapore: short sea routes across the ASEAN trade area, where a container or part-cargo moves in days and form D origin paperwork carries real weight.
East Asia
03China, South Korea and Japan — the principal supply base for steel, industrial chemicals, phosphates and machinery components, and a destination for specialised inputs where the standard is non-negotiable.
South Asia
04India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan: a deep origin for rice, pulses and machinery components, and one of the largest destination markets in the world for fertilizers and basic chemicals.
Australia & the Pacific
05Australia, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and the Pacific islands — mining-equipment parts and agricultural inputs on the eastern side, and grains, pulses and mineral amendments sourced out of Australian ports.
Middle East & GCC
06The Gulf as an origin: granular urea, ammonia derivatives, sulphur and steel semi-finished products shipped east across the Indian Ocean on established liner and bulk routings.
For producers & suppliers
Producing something we should carry? Start with the spec sheet.
We add new origins in all six divisions throughout the year — plants, mills, processors and authorised distributors alike. To move an introduction forward, send a specification sheet, a recent independent analysis, your packing options, load port and approximate monthly availability. You will hear back plainly whether our buyers have a use for it.
- 1
Share the specification
Product, grade, test method, packing, load port and expected monthly volume.
- 2
We match it to demand
We check whether the grade fits enquiries already on our desk and whether the origin passes screening.
- 3
Sample, then a trial lot
A representative sample is analysed independently, followed by a trial shipment on agreed terms.
- 4
Listed as an approved origin
Your product joins the division's origin list and is offered against live enquiries.
Trade desk notes
Practical notes, not market forecasts
Short reads on the parts of a shipment that decide how it ends: the grade, the inspection, the terms and the documents.
Start an enquiry
Give us the grade and the port. We will return origins, terms and a firm price.
Quantity, destination, delivery window and the specification you buy against are enough to begin. Where a product falls outside our book, we tell you plainly instead of offering a substitute.
